Development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) to Measure Student Creativity

This research is a development which aims to develop valid project based learning worksheets, practical effective worksheets for measuring creativity. The subjects of this trial were 32 students class XI MIPA 2 SMAN 3 Polewali. study uses the 4-D model. instruments used in LKPD validation sheets, practitioner response questionnaires (educators/teachers), creativity test and non-creativity (cognitive dimension assessment affective questionnaires, psychomotor sheets). eligibility criteria seen from aspect validity. practicality are practitioners' LKPD, effectiveness level after being given project-based LKPD. Based on results analysis, it was concluded that developed expert judgment using Aiken V index obtained value 0.77 meaning declared feasible use with minor revisions, then terms physics teacher practitioners an average score 3.5 very good category analysis student creativity, analyzed found percentage students' scores cognitive 78.22%, 79.25%, 77.50% so can be said because they have above 75%
